Halo 2 is a 2004 first-person shooter video game developed by Bungie, the game is the second installment in the Halo franchise and the sequel to 2001's critically acclaimed Halo 1: Combat Evolved. The game features a new game engine, as well as using the Havok physics engine. The defeat of the Covenant in the first Halo game was only a temporary victory, as the alien attackers have renewed their mission to wipe out all of humanity.
